Lipstick + Wildflowers’ vision includes projecting a positive image of the LGBTQ community.  Part of that includes helping and contributing to the community itself, youth and the arts.  We are always looking for worth while causes and organizations to support. Such organizations should provide services and other benefits that address the issues and needs of the LGBTQ community, youth and the arts.  We support up and coming artisans through various organizations and events from LGBTQ film festivals to youth fashion shows. In underserved communities and work environments, we want to help people change the course of their lives and take personal ownership of their future and as well as their potential.

Lipstick + Wildflowers believes we should go beyond the basic tenets of ethical business practices and embrace our responsibility to people and to the planet. Our vision within our company and beyond is to create opportunities for people to fulfill their personal promise. We believe this brings sustained, collective value to those we support and our society, as well as our humanitarian duty.
